When can I take the entrance exam for AY 2026-2027, 1st semester?
Please be informed that the entrance examination for the First Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027 is open exclusively to Board Programs.
Student-applicants will be evaluated based on the following academic credentials:

Form 138 – for Senior High School (SHS) and Junior High School (JHS) graduates under the old curriculum

Transcript of Records (TOR) or Copy of Grades – for college transferees
When is the official start of college enrollment for AY 2026-2027, 1st semester?
Enrollment for the First Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027 is now ONGOING.
How much is the tuition and miscellaneous fees?
Our tuition fee is Php 1,500.00/unit and misc fee depends on the granted scholarship. We also have various scholarship programs. Be a Westmead Scholar and get a degree of your choice.
What scholarships can I apply for?
Westmead International School offers a range of scholarships and financial assistance programs, including:
• Academic Scholarships for students with outstanding performance in senior high school or consistent high grades in college.
• Athletic Scholarships for qualified student-athletes.
• Student Assistantships for those willing to render administrative or academic support in exchange for tuition discounts.
• Government Scholarships, such as CHED or TES programs (subject to availability and qualification).
• Special Grants, including those for siblings or dependents of WIS employees.
Applicants must meet specific criteria and submit documentary requirements. Interested students are advised to inquire at the Scholarship Office during enrollment or orientation.

How can I apply for scholarship at WIS?
- The Gawad Kabataan Scholarship Program is exclusively offered to recent graduates of Senior High School (SHS). To qualify, applicants must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 85%, with no grade lower than 85% in their SHS report card. Qualified students will receive a 100% discount on miscellaneous fees and a 80% discount on tuition fees. This program is applicable only to selected departments, namely the School of Criminology and the College of Engineering.
- The WASTFI EDC Scholarship Program is exclusively offered to recent graduates of Senior High School (SHS). To qualify, applicants must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 85% for board programs and 80% for non-board programs, with no grade lower than 83% in their SHS report card. Qualified scholars will receive a 100% discount on miscellaneous fees and an 80% discount on tuition fees. This program is applicable only to selected departments, namely CAS, CTHM, CITCS, CTE, and SEBA.

The WASTFI SHS Alumni Scholarship Program is exclusively offered to recent graduates of WASTFI Senior High School who will pursue their college education at Westmead International School. Applicants must enroll in any college program and present proof of WASTFI SHS graduation upon enrollment. Qualified scholars will receive a 100% discount on miscellaneous fees and a 50% discount on tuition fees, along with an additional ₱3,000 alumni discount for every succeeding semester.

The GAWAD Kabataan Scholarship Program is exclusively offered to recent graduates of Senior High School (SHS). To qualify, applicants must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 91% for board programs and 88% for non-board programs, with no grade lower than 85% in their SHS report card. Qualified students will receive a 100% discount on miscellaneous fees and a 50% discount on tuition fees.
- College transferees may apply for a Financial Discount during the admission process.

Does WIS have required uniforms and how much do they cost?
Yes, Westmead International School requires students to wear official school uniforms. The complete set typically includes a school polo/blouse, pants or skirt, and a PE uniform. The estimated cost ranges around 2,500 to 3,500 depending on the program and number of sets purchased. Specific guidelines on the type and schedule of uniforms are provided upon enrollment.

Does WIS have quota programs?
Yes, some programs at WIS, particularly those leading to licensure examinations (such as Criminology, Psychology, and Engineering), may have quota limits based on faculty-to-student ratios, laboratory capacity, and CHED. Non-board programs such as Business, Tourism, or IT typically do not have quotas but still follow standard enrollment procedures.
I don’t have all my admission documents yet. Can I still apply for enrollment at WIS?
Yes. You can still apply for enrollment provided that you we’re able to submit the following initial admission documents:
- For Incoming Freshmen (SHS & JHS Old Curriculum Graduates)
– PSA Birth Certificate
– Grade 11 Form 138
– Recent 2×2 ID picture in WHITE background with NAME TAG
- For Transferees
– TOR/Copy of Grades

If I take a course without board exams like BSBA or Tourism, do I need to take an entrance exam or can I just enroll?
For non-board programs such as Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) or Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management, Westmead International School does not usually require an entrance examination. You may proceed directly to enrollment, provided you have submitted all necessary admission documents such as your Form 138/SF9, Good Moral Certificate, PSA Birth Certificate, and other requirements. However, you may still be invited for a brief orientation or academic interview depending on your background.
How much is the minimum down payment (D/P) to enroll at WIS for A.Y. 2026-2027, 1st semester?
For A.Y. 2026–2027, the minimum down payment required to enroll is ₱5,000 for incoming freshmen, transferees, and returning students.
Additionally, we encourage all students to prepare at least ₱3,000 for the required school uniform, as it is mandatory.
Are online classes available?
No, we do not offer online classes at the moment. All programs are currently conducted through face-to-face instruction.
