Public Orientation on Enhanced TOS for CuBLE 2025 Held at Westmead International School

A Strategic Step Forward for Future Customs Brokers


A vital public orientation seminar on the Enhanced Table of Specifications (TOS) for the Customs Brokers Licensure Examination (CuBLE) was successfully held on October 2, 2025, at Westmead International School. The event served as an essential platform for aspiring examinees, educators, and industry professionals to better understand the updated framework and expectations for the upcoming licensure examination.

The seminar was organized through the collaborative efforts of the Professional Regulatory Board for Customs Brokers (PRBCB), the Philippine Chamber of Customs Brokers, Inc. (PCCBI), and the Philippine Association of Customs Brokers in Education, Inc. (PACBE).

The orientation featured insightful presentations and discussions led by prominent figures in the Customs brokerage field, including:

  • CB Samuel C. Bautista, Chairperson of the PRBCB
  • CB Jeanette Roxas, President of PACBE
  • CB Nenette T. Dagondon, Member of the PRBCB
  • CB Albert V. Cruz, Member of the PRBCB
  • CB Victor Magcasi, President of the PCCBI Batangas Chapter

The event gathered a strong academic delegation, with deans, program heads, and faculty members from Customs Administration programs in various Higher Education Institutions across Luzon in attendance. Their participation highlighted the crucial role of education in preparing future Customs Brokers for professional success.

Also gracing the event was CB Tony Cristobal, former President of the PCCBI, whose presence further underscored the significance of this orientation in shaping the future of Customs Brokers education and practice in the Philippines.

Through this initiative, the PRBCB and its partner organizations reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring that the Customs Brokers Licensure Examination remains aligned with current industry standards and global trade practices, equipping future professionals with the knowledge and skills they need to excel.
