As part of the College of Information Technology and Computer Studies (CITCS) Month 2025 Celebration, everyone is invited—faculty, staff, and students alike—to join an energizing series of Zumba Dance Fitness Sessions happening on November 7, 14, 21, and 28, 2025 (Fridays) from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Westmead Gymnasium, Alangilan, Batangas City.

This wellness initiative aims to promote health, movement, and camaraderie within the CITCS community, offering a fun and refreshing break from the usual academic and work routines. 💪

Each department is encouraged to take part, move to the beat, and celebrate wellness—the CITCS way!

👕 Attire: Comfortable T-shirt paired with jogging pants, jeggings, or cycling shorts topped with a jersey or walking shorts (please ensure all outfits are appropriate).
