Batangas City, Philippines — August 22, 2025 | As part of the College of Teacher Education (CTE) Month Celebration, Westmead International School successfully held an Anti-Drug Education and Awareness Seminar with the theme “Empowering Safe Choices for a Healthier Future.”

The seminar took place at EDC Building, Room 202, and was organized and facilitated by the CTE Department under the Drug Education Program.

The school was honored to have Patrolwoman Annabel A. Boller-Piol, Operation Member of Cuenca MPS and Receiving PNCO of OPD, Batangas PPO, as the guest speaker. She shared valuable insights about the dangers of illegal drugs and emphasized the importance of making responsible and safe life choices.

The event aimed to empower students through education and awareness, inspiring them to become advocates of a drug-free and healthier community. Students and members of the Westmead community actively participated in the seminar, making it a meaningful and impactful activity.

Together, the Westmead community took a strong stand for a brighter and safer future through informed choices and collective action.
